David D. Dickerson, Jr. leads Dickerson and Smith Law Group with a deep respect for the legacy established by his father, David D. Dickerson, Sr., who founded the firm in 1985. After years of mentorship and hands-on experience within the firm, Mr. Dickerson, Jr. assumed leadership in 2017, continuing the firm’s mission to provide trusted, client-focused legal representation.

With a deep respect for the values the firm was built on — integrity, advocacy, and personalized service — Mr. Dickerson has maintained and expanded the firm’s reputation for high-quality legal counsel in multiple areas of law and has assembled a team capable of assisting clients with diverse legal needs.
