Biography
With over 20 years in the legal field, P. Todd Sartwell is a seasoned trial attorney known for diligent representation, strategic thinking, and skilled negotiations. A partner at Dickerson and Smith Law Group, he brings decades of experience at both the state and federal levels. Mr. Sartwell’s legal skills and professional reputation have been recognized multiple times by the prestigious Super Lawyer magazine.
Mr. Sartwell’s breadth of knowledge allows him to effectively represent clients with a wide spectrum of legal challenges and he has a varied portfolio of cases; however, his core practice is based in personal injury, family law, criminal defense, employment law (including workers’ compensation), and estate planning.
